Send more than an arrival time
Provide the flight number, arrival date and passenger name. The flight number lets a driver distinguish delays from a missed meeting. International arrivals can take time after landing because immigration and baggage are variable.

Match the vehicle to the group
Count large suitcases, cabin bags, surfboards, wheelchairs and child equipment. A car that seats the passengers may not hold their luggage. Request child seating before the day and confirm what is actually available.

Agree on the meeting procedure
Confirm the terminal meeting point, sign name, contact method, included waiting time and final destination pin. Do not depend only on finding a vehicle registration in a busy pickup area.
