Provide the property name, map pin, room or villa number and a working phone contact. Check visitor rules with management. Gated properties and resorts can add significant time if the artist is not pre-authorised.

Create a usable station
The artist needs a chair, table, power access and good light. A cool indoor area is usually better than an open bathroom or humid terrace. Keep the space clear while products and hot tools are in use.

Confirm every fee
Ask whether transport, early start, parking, lashes, hair and additional people are included. Put the arrival time and ready-by time in writing—they are not the same thing.
