Your artist needs the ceremony time, venue, preparation address and number of people. Add buffer for photos, dressing and travel. Early starts or large parties may require an assistant.

Use the trial intelligently
Bring references but discuss your skin, usual makeup and how the look photographs. Wear the trial for several hours in Bali's climate and note comfort, shine and how the base changes.

Confirm what is included
Ask about lashes, hair styling, body makeup, touch-ups, transport and early-start fees. Agree on the final look, start time and total price in writing.
