Design one simple sequence
Agree on an exact spot, arrival window and visible signal. Complicated stories and multiple last-minute stops create more opportunities for the couple and photographer to miss each other. Send current clothing photos on the day so the photographer can identify you from a distance.

Plan for people and weather
A beautiful viewpoint may be crowded or exposed to wind. Ask how the photographer handles rain, delayed traffic and a blocked primary position. A nearby backup spot is more useful than a completely different location across Bali.

Decide what happens after yes
Many proposal bookings include a short portrait session immediately afterward. Confirm the total shooting time, whether family or friends will appear, how many edited images are expected and when a small preview can be delivered.
