Check the venue first
Hotels and managed villas can have visitor rules. Ask reception or the villa manager before confirming, especially for late appointments. Send the therapist the correct property name and a map pin.

Prepare a workable space
A portable table needs clear space around it. Choose a quiet, ventilated room and keep pets away. Ask in advance whether the therapist supplies a table and linen or expects the property to provide them.

Make the total price explicit
Confirm whether the quoted price includes transport to your area and whether a minimum booking applies. Agree on treatment duration, arrival time and payment method in chat.
