Bring an honest colour history
Box dye, henna, bleach, keratin treatments and previous correction all affect what is possible. Give approximate dates and show unfiltered photographs of your current hair. Hidden history can change both safety and outcome.

Discuss a range, not a guarantee
Reference photographs show direction, but the same colour looks different against skin tone and starting levels. Ask what can realistically be achieved today, what warmth may remain and whether a second session is likely.

Price the maintenance
Clarify toner, bond treatment, extra product, root maintenance and recommended home care. Bali sun, pools and salt water can change colour quickly, so ask how long to wait before swimming and how to reduce fading.
